I had to remind myself she is a doctor and not my BFF. Dr. So was friendly and kind and dam GOOD ! down to earth kind of person, and the appt. was not long, I plan to continue my appts. 3 times a week. the great thing about it is also the messages, the woman that did the message was the tops. I left feeling good, although i have a long way to go to be 100% I'm happy Dr. So willing to get me there.

Dr.Candice was very professional. I also liked the fact that she is very knowledgeable in both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
The front desk could be better. I scheduled and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, but I still needed to wait for about 45 minutes to be seen. There was a new/training administrator and she was very nice to me and made sure that I was being token care of unlike other administrators.

Scheduled the visit for upper back pain and inability to sleep. Candice focused on history taking and scheduling follow up visits to review X-rays. It literally takes 5 mins to get the X-rays, not sure why I had to come 5 days later to review. Guess the focus is not on the issue I am having, but on building visits with semi intelligent explanations.

Dr. Candice So is very professional and courteous. The office staff at Latch and So, however are not. Just minutes from checking in for my appointment, I was informed by Daniela office staff member that I had no appointment after it had been confirmed on ZocDoc. Upon checking out I was told I would have to pay 50% of the projected cost of the conaultation and X-rays whixh were yet to be taken as per my insurance. I communicated the fact that I had met my out if pocket max as per my insurance. The office staff member was quite rude in her response and went to consult with the person in charge of insurance. Then I was told that the insurance point person had "just left the building".
Again, while Dr. Canduce So is great, her office staff could use some senitivity, professionalism, and courtesy training.
It is an extremely large office with 5 active phyisicians. The personal touch is most certainly not present amongst the office staff.

I started visiting Dr Candice So at Latch & So a few weeks ago, and have been very impressed so far. I have never had a doctor do such a thorough evaluation before making an adjustment or prescribing a solution. My first visit consisted of x-rays and a long series of questions regarding my history. I had come in with hip discomfort, but through these x-rays she uncovered many interrelated issues with my back, neck and hips. It's great to have someone treat the body holistically rather than dealing with a single issue. Dr So is helping me to reverse years of poor posture and bad habits that have lead to a lot of misalignment in my body. I am so glad we caught it before it got worse -- I've already begun to feel a difference!
As far as the office goes, visits are quick and efficient and the staff is very friendly.

After two visits I can say that I am not a chiropractics advocate. I do not find the science convincing, the treatment effective, or the medical professionalism present. It's more of a sales pitch than a medical treatment, IMO.
I've never filled out so much paperwork after sending all of my ZocDoc paperwork. The ZocDoc integration is lacking, at best.

Staff was very professional. The doctor is very pleasant and I am already feeling the benefits after 2 adjustments. Her and her assistant have been so informative as to how chiropractic work can help me. Parking isn't fun, I would suggest the bus as there is a stop right outside the clinic.

Dr. So saw me the same day I requested an appointment. She clearly cares about her patients - she took the time to explain my results to me and why certain things were off, rather than just telling me what to do next. I also appreciated the fact that she made an effort to understand my needs and expectations for treatment as well. I will definitely keep going back.
