I'm a hiker, gardener, adventurer, and Air Force veteran who's spent years working in both the arts and entertainment industry and the medical field — so yeah, I've been around a bit. I approach life and therapy with curiosity and a sense of humor, because sometimes that's what gets us through the hard stuff. My style is grounded and direct — no tiptoeing, no therapist-speak when straight talk will do.
I'm certified in Brainspotting and the Oaklander model of Play Therapy, giving me powerful tools for when talking isn't your thing.
I work with individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational health — basically, the stuff that makes life feel hard and heavy. I have a special focus in Brainspotting for athletes, performers, and writers who want to break through performance blocks.
Therapy works best when it's a genuine partnership. We'll figure out what you want, what's getting in the way, and how to actually get you there — starting with what's already working and building from your existing strengths. Along the way, we'll develop practical coping skills and mindfulness practices you can actually use. My approach is eclectic and holistic, meaning I tailor everything to your unique needs, background, and pace — because what works for you may look completely different from what works for someone else, and that's exactly how it should be.
