Hi there. Most of our clients are insurance based and have full coverage. For out of pocket fees, initial session is $270 and follow up is $160. We can provide a superbill to submit on your own. I am an eating disorder and non-diet Registered Dietitian. I help clients develop a relationship with food and their body that is more flexible and peaceful. My hope is to help you feel nourished from food, so you have time and energy to live a full life. I also enjoy working from a weight-inclusive, integrative, and functional nutrition approach to support digestive health, specific conditions, and overall wellbeing. I work from a collaborative approach and focus on understanding you as a person, your goals, and working with other health care providers to support you. I work from a non-diet approach with eating disorders, disordered eating, and low energy availability. I also enjoy working with those struggling with their digestive/gut health, hormonal health, perinatal nutrition (prenatal, postpartum, lactation), as well as dysautonomia syndromes like MCAS and POTS.
