The counseling experience is all about self exploration, growing and gaining new perspectives and ways of thinking. I believe we all have the power within us to make positive changes; we just need a safe place to be vulnerable enough to discover that power. Counseling with me can be that safe place for you. If you are ready to experience an improved quality of life, more successful relationships, or if you just need support dealing with life's challenges, I would be honored to go on this journey with you. I work best with young women who are experiencing trouble finding freedom from anxiety and depression. My approach to counseling is supportive and welcoming, but will also challenge you to increase your self awareness and grow. I believe for change to take place you have to be encouraged, supported and sometimes, gently pushed in the direction of growth. As an experienced women’s therapist, I believe that every woman can find freedom from the pressures we so often place on ourselves. You don’t have to do it alone.
