Tiffany was very professional with listening, and communicating the problem with my sleeping.
she made the appointment easy for me and I was comfortable talking to her from the beginning

Tiffany covered more in an hour than has been discussed in the past.
I really think that Tiffany Wright is a great practitioner, she’s very thorough. I felt like she cares about more than just prescribing me medicine. She wants to hear why I feel the way that I feel and not just that I feel it. She did prescribe medicine and I’m only on day two of it. I don’t feel much different as of yet, but we’re still in the beginning stages and it takes time. I look forward to our next session in two weeks.

Great to meet Tiffany Wright and share my story and needs. Initial visit was comprehensive with respect to necessary questions and health history as well as providing information and background on medication history and specific needs which required a prior authorization to be sent . It appears that process was successful so I am grateful for that as well.
This was a terrible experience. I did all the paperwork and I went out of my way to be available fir this appointment. I called because I never heard from the provider about how to do the virtual appointment, and was told they canceled my appointment the day before due to my insurance not being in network. But I have a screenshot that absolutely says my insurance is in network with this provider. I really needed this appointment so i am very disappointed about how this all played out. They could have at least let me know!!
