Over the course of my life, I have worked with many psychiatrists and therapists, and it is rare to encounter a provider who takes the time to be both clinically thorough and personally present. From the very beginning, Carol thoughtfully introduced herself and the clinic, setting a respectful and comfortable tone. She addressed the matters at hand with clarity and intention, carefully asking key, relevant questions to truly understand my needs rather than rushing the process. I never felt dismissed, overlooked, or reduced to a checklist. What stood out most was her attentiveness and compassion. She gave me the time of day, listened with purpose, and approached my care with patience and insight. This was one of the most productive and genuinely caring clinical encounters I have had. Carol is, without question, the most professional and considerate nurse practitioner I have had the pleasure of meeting—and one I look forward to continuing care with.

Carol is a master of her trade, far and away the most superior care I have received in the mental health arena. Things did not look great just a week ago and her care has immediately set me back on the right track towards healing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of quality mental health care.
Carol was incredibly nice and explained the treatment plan clearly and how best to approach new medication. She also explained information regarding the medication and that we could adjust things depending on how I respond to the medication.
