Dr. Jennifer Berry was very nice and professional. However, she did not handle my care properly. Before my appointment, I made sure the doctor and her office were aware that I was looking for prescription refills and that was the sole purpose for my visit. I also listed the medications. Thirty minutes into the visit, she decides that I’m showing symptoms of another mental health condition and basically tries to diagnose me. Then states due to this, she will not be able to refill my prescription in its entirety and that I need to be treated for the other said condition she thinks I may have. Again, I was not seeing her for a diagnosis, I was seeing her for a prescription refill of medication I’ve already been on for years. She gave me a weeks supply to “hold me over” until I can be seen by a specialist. We all know, as a new patient, you will not be seen in a week. I’m very unhappy with my visit and should have been given my 30 day supply of my refill.

I’m extremely grateful for the care I received. Even felt relieved after our session. The person I spoke with was attentive and helpful. However the only “complaint” I have was their insistence on wrapping up around the 50-minute mark felt a bit rushed, mostly because I waited for about 5 minutes before they joined. I understand they could have another patient so I don’t want it to seem like I took any offense by it.
