I was given 4 different appointments with different doctors that one after another had to reschedule. The zocdoc platform assigned me an appointment that never existed. Then lavender called me 3x to tell me my appointment wasn't available. I never met with the provider because they very appointments kept getting cancelled. I will never use this platform or service again and I would never recommend it to anyone else. In fact I will be warning anyone who asks.

She wasn't very interested in solving my problem, or getting to the root of it. After a few sessions she just wanted to throw medication at me to see what would stick. After realizing that she did this, she then started acting like I had a drug problem and told me to see someone else. One of the worst doctors I've encountered. What she's doing is dangerous. Don't see her.

Lavender reached out prior to my appointment for paperwork and profile completion ; all user friendly. I did have to pick a new appointment slot but saw same provider I chose through ZocDoc. Mrs. Sheena Richardson was absolutely AMAZING, she actively listened and heard me and my concerns, she empathize with what I am going through and provided me what light bulb moments - she opened my eyes to reality of issues I am dealing with without judgment. She was very thorough in her evaluation, however, she made several comments that were insensitive and judgmental. Also, she didn't seem willing to accommodate to the type of care I was looking for.
