I would like to caution everyone that when you initially book on zocdoc , this is not a firm appt. In this case, Grace is part of a group called lavender. You can reach them by chat or phone. Grace does zoom appts which went smoothly but make sure you have a copy of your photo is so the provider can verify your identity. The lavender staff are very efficient and helpful and I highly recommend Grace. Although you may have filled out forms for zocdox, lavender has their own forms and are happy to talk you through them. They must be filled out to secure your appointment. Grace is very knowledgeable, patient and her communication skills are excellent.

Saluna was amazing! I was nervous for my first apt and she made me feel at ease. She is genuine and really cares about her patients and has compassion. She is a great fit for me because she takes a hollistic approach and looks at me as a whole like my habits, sleep, therapy, physical health and such rather than looking at just my symptoms and throwing meds at them. I said my goal was to get off the meds completely eventually and she totally was on board which made me relieved as other psychiatrists I’ve had didn’t seem to be totally on board. She also suggested some natural supplements to aid my sleep which I liked bc I like to take the natural route when possible. Overall the meeting was a great experience she was pleasant to talk to and I feel like I’m in good hands moving forward.

I can’t stress enough how much Saluna has helped me after only a few sessions. Saluna has showed me that there is a silver lining in the very dark clouds, and has made me very hopeful to tackle my mental health. She has given me exercises and prompts that feel natural, not forced, which has always made me hesitant regarding seeking mental help. All in all, Saluna has made me hopeful to break the patterns disrupting my happiness and I’m so grateful.

I would never recommend this business. I booked with a doctor & was seen by a psychiatric nurse. I called prior to the appointment to be sure she was capable of prescribing medication, was assured that she was. At the END of the appointment she said she would have to check with her supervisor. I needed the medication & clearly told these people prior to the appointment that if they couldn't prescribe, I would look for care elsewhere. This company just wants your $.

Om not sure what is happening but i waited again and no one got in touch with me to access my video appointment this is the second time and u know my phone settings are all correct because i have had other video appointments .
