really lovely practice! i arrived early around 2:50 PM and they started my appointment a few minutes after 3 PM (when it was scheduled for), so i hardly had to wait! Marjorie was super nice, informative, and helpful - she actually called me the day before and made sure my insurance was accepted/in the system before coming in. Dr. Chandravadia was very kind, professional, assuring, and happily answered my questions with ease. i hadn't been to an eye doctor in 4 years prior to my appointment and they were not at all judgmental of that or of my janky, duct taped glasses! cannot recommend this location enough. thank you all so much! ??

Everything about the appointment was fine except that I wasn't told I was going to be charged for the contact lenses until after I opened them.
