I've been seeing Alex for about 9 months now and am so glad to have the opportunity to work with her! She has helped me work through grief, anxiety, and process changes in relationships. She's open and relaxed creating the environment of chatting with a friend allowing for more open communication. I appreciate her flexibility that she is able to accommodate additional needs when I have them to better fit my current state. This is my first-time seeking therapy and I found her approachable and easy to chat with. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a therapist.
