Dr. Hammerel *did* leave me waiting in that godawful paper gown for almost an hour...BUT! She's fan-freaking-tastic. She spent an inordinate amount of time with me, not just on my exam, but really discussing my issues, answering my questions, and listening. I am more than happy to wait in a room with a magazine for a doctor, if it means that I get the quality of care that I get from Dr. Hammerel.

I tried to go on my lunch break hoping for only an hour visit. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room then another 10 minutes after I was taken back to the examining room. The doctor did not knock on the door before coming in . It would have been nice if she had said sorry for the wait when she entered the room. Overall for what really matters as her skills as a doctor she is very good.I was very satisfied with the surgery that I had last year.

This was my first visit to Dr. Hammerel and I just may stop cringing when it's time for my yearly GYN visit. I was seen very quickly, the nurse was very friendly, and Dr. Hammerel put me right at ease. She's very warm and easy to talk to, and my exam was over in no time. I visited with the nurse practitioner as Dr Hammerel had to perform surgery, but the NP was absolutely amazing! She was sweet and made sure I knew exactly what she was doing and it really helped eliminate the first visit awkwardness. Definitely would recommend this office and NP.

Dr. Hammerel exercised a wonderful bedside manner, very kind and provided a lot of education and support during my visit. She followed up promptly with my test results and offered me options as soon as she had them available. I will continue to see her as my primary OB-GYN physician.

I enjoyed my consultation with Dr. Hammerel. I felt that she was listening to all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. And not only that, she also asked a checking question! "What other questions or concerns do you have that we have not addressed yet?" Talk about awesome "customer relationship management" skills! I felt she really took her time and was not rushing through the appointment. She made me feel comfortable and the rest of the office staff was also friendly.
