I am a Doctor of Functional Clinical Nutrition and Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist.
My passion is to empower people to take charge of their health and wellness using nutrients, movement, and an integrative lifestyle encompassing body, mind, and spirit. I follow a functional approach to nutrition and health assessment. I see the the human body as a vessel conformed of a set of interconnected symbiotic systems, interacting with its environment to function according to the information it receives.
I specialize in science and data-based, personalized low-carb and targeted therapeutic nutrition solutions for people, especially men, dealing with metabolic imbalances like diabetes, insulin resistance, and performance and cognition issues. All of this is supported by the foundation of a healthy digestive track function, because health starts in the gut
The end goal is for my patients to achieve Metabolic Health Optimization and uncover a fully energized individual who can do whatever they want for as long as they want.
