Dr. Michael Heffelfinger was very professional and exercised a lot of patience with me since I am not fond of going to a dentist. I went for a dental checkup and a cleaning. This was the worst cleaning I’ve ever experienced. I expected them to be a little more gentle. It seemed rushed. The patient room had stains from leaks in the sealing. The utensil the Dental assistant used to polish my teeth had a very bad smell. I hate to leave a review like this but this was my honest experience.

Dr. Pan is fantastic!! I ll just start with I personally hate going to the dentist. Dr. Pan is a fantastic dentist, with a great personality. He kept me calm during my procedure with his amazing work. I was so impressed with Dr. Pan and his staff, I sent my wife to him. He is our new dentist.

Dr. Pan is very approachable and does not push unnecessary procedures on you like some other practices. He does quality work and shows a genuine interest in his craft.
