I was contacted to provide insurance coverage, and just wanted a couple of questions answered before giving that information. Apparently that is not allowed as I was not seen nor did ZI get my question answered about what to expect from the visit. The medical providing field has become so for profit that asking questions about the service prior to paying is not acceptable. I would not recommend zocdoc or any of its affiliates to anyone seeking knowledgeable medical professionals

They accept BCBS but then stated they don't accept my insurance. Little to no effort was put in by the assistance to verify my coverage even when I gave them proof.

She is very aggressive and not a great listener at all. She doesn't follow up with her patients. She makes me feel not important and more like a number. She wasn't attentive to my needs nor did she help me come up with a game plan for my current/long-term situation. I do not advise!!!!!

The doctor never showed for my appointment. No communication was made regarding it. I messaged the number that had contacted me regarding my appointment yesterday and that is when I was told “ Good morning. Seems like Dr. O is running late but I will follow-up with her and ask her to call you back. Thank you for your patience. “ Clearly she has a habit of not showing or “ running late “ for her appointments and she really should not be able to book anybody for appointments. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.

Dr. O was extremely easy to speak to and make me comfortable. Even with her traveling she made accommodations to speak to me within a couple days of my inquiry.

It took her more than 30 minutes to finally get to our appointment. She seemed a bit rushed and didn't seem very interested in what I had to say. Especially as a recovering alcoholic talking about ADD/ADHD medications. Needless to say, I was pretty unsatisfied, BUT I would be willing to give her another shot. She could have just been having an off morning. I guess we shall see..
