Whether you are feeling uncertain how to move forward in life, or struggling with addiction, anger management, depression, anxiety, or relationship issues. I will collaborate with you in a safe and judgment-free space. Through our work together, I can assist you in building coping strategies, gaining insight, and building confidence through a strength prospective lens. Uncertain about therapy….that’s okay. Entering therapy can feel overwhelming, but I am here to help walk you through the process at whatever pace seems best for your personal growth. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC- NY), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC -CT), and and a Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor – Master Level (CASAC – M) with 13 years of experience. I specialize in substance use, anger management, depression, anxiety, and behavior issues. You took your first step toward your healing if you are on this site and reading this. I look forward to working with you toward the goals you have for yourself. I've worked in the clinical field for a long time, I've helped individuals put their lives together, while focusing on their strengths.

Don’t like ppl of color and purposely gives you a hardtime! Charge allot of money for missed appointments and won’t answer the phone for the zoom link to attend the sessions.
