Unprofessional. Did absolutely nothing. Told me to go see another doctor. Horrible experience. I feel robbed of my money. I wish I could get a refund. Avoid this doctor at all cost. In-humane, inhuman, money grubbing vampire you will regret wasting time with

Doctor showed high integrity and knowledge of COVID-19. He responded to my questions and made me feel comfortable doing a virtual appointment.

Appointment was at 11:50a no instructions on how to set up the call I called at 12p. Nurse said she would go talk to the doctor was hung up on call back 10 minutes later and she’s like oh Dr didn’t call you and was like I will have him call you within 10 minutes Dr had called Dr did OK on the call.
