At Lenyard Health Group, we provide thoughtful, comprehensive care for teens (16+) and adults up to 75 who struggle with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, and related conditions. Our goal is to help people who feel like they’ve “tried everything” and still haven’t found real relief.
We take an integrated approach that combines therapy and medication management in one visit, so care feels seamless and personalized. We look beyond symptoms to understand your history, environment, and life experiences—because effective treatment means treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Our care is collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. We use tools such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, and careful medication adjustments. When appropriate, we may include options like genetic testing or executive-function support to better target difficult-to-treat cases.
Insurance note: We do not accept AHCCCS or Medicaid.
