Highly recommend the office! It's welcoming. The staff are great. The wait time is only so long because they give you the full time needed for your well being.

Pros: -Clean and pleasant office -Short wait -The PA took time to intake me properly and was very thorough about treatment options as well as non-judgmental Cons: -Front Desk staff had poor attitude and treated me as an inconvenience -Lack of communication between provider & front desk about next steps -Urine test should be more discreet and take place BEFORE entering back into the waiting area. If a urine analysis is required, the patient should receive instructions, not just handed a cup. Be sensitive to the fact that some patients want this process to be more private and explained to them more clearly, to avoid other individuals knowing their medical info and wondering what to do with a full cup after exiting the restroom
Dr. Vando is, hands down, the BEST psychiatrist I have ever had. He's compassionate, an excellent listener, and an expert in his field. He takes the time to walk me through my options, the potential benefits, and the potential side effects. His prescriptions are carefully thought out, and I have full faith in his decisions. I'm shocked that he accepts insurance, since he could easily charge patients a high price for his services. I honestly couldn't recommend Dr. Vando more.
It was my first appointment, overall the experience was positive however will need to go several time to have a more precise input of my experience.
My visit at DR.Vando's office was way better than expected. I had a consultant ask me about my psychiatric history and it all went from there. His staff are caring , friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a psychiatrist before Dr. Vando and his care was nothing compared to what I receive at Dr. Vando.
