My first appointment was extremely helpful. The Doctor took the time to listen to what I was dealing with and wanted to know more about my past, as well to understand me. Not having someone to talk to during my life changing traumatic as a single parent was feeling overwhelming, but finding a medical professional to talk to has taken away the feeling of helplessness. Ms. Claudette was very informative and helpful throughout our hour long conversation. She listened respectfully and poked and prodded in such a way that brought out the information she needed to hear to do her job properly.
