As a psychotherapist with 25 years of experience, I integrate various therapeutic modalities to tailor our approach to your unique needs. I hold advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and an MBA, which informs my work with individuals navigating professional and career-related challenges. Many of my referrals come from Universities like NYU, and while I work with clients across all age groups, I have a particular passion for supporting young adults and professionals.
My therapeutic style is engaged, collaborative and grounded in providing a comfortable, non-judgmental space while also challenging ideas that may no longer serve you. I approach our work with curiosity and care, exploring the experiences and factors that have most shaped your life.
I am currently seeing clients in person in New York City, and via Telehealth in New York, Connecticut, and Florida. Finding the right therapist is important, and I welcome a brief phone call or initial consultation to see if we're a good fit.
