During your first session, my focus is on getting to know you—or your child—in a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your goals for care, and any symptoms or challenges you’ve been experiencing. For younger patients, I take time to build trust and comfort through age-appropriate conversation, allowing both the child and caregiver to share their perspectives.
