Waited an hour but no email link was sent. No text with link. Left message with the phone number provided, 1 Hr later her staff returned my call. Staff was very kind and helpful! Unfortunately the Dr couldn’t help me with what I needed. Staff cancelled my appt.

I am satisfied with rating this doctor 1 star simply because of her receptionist. Her office staff is amazing!
This doctor on the other hand is very questionable. When she got on Camera 6 minutes into my appointment it seemed like she was still in her pajamas, and her hair was not done.
She barely asked me any questions, my appointment was not the full 45 minutes that it should have been it was actually 15 minutes and that’s including the time that I was in her waiting room.
She asked me minimal questions and then proceeded to prescribe a medication. I will not be picking this medication up and I immediately scheduled an appointment with another doctor once I got off of my call with her.
I’m not sure how she received the ratings that she received, but I didn’t get the service that everyone else received. She did not seem like she wanted to see me nor talk to me. I don’t know if today was a bad day for her, but if it was, the appointment could have been rescheduled.

I am so pleased with Dr. Jackson. She was very knowledgeable about my concerns and solution. She was patient and kind. She asked questions about me so as to ascertain a solution. Very thoughtful and she made me comfortable to talk about my issues. I will be reaching out to her once I’ve followed through with her recommendations.

The provider read from a script and filled in the blanks as we went along.
If my answer didn’t fit her set answers I was requestioned until they met her script.
I tried to get follow up and she has no appointments in the foreseeable future. I don’t know where she is but this very unprofessional when we are talking medication that require oversight.
The providers job is to solely prescribe medication.

I had an appointment on Friday, LaToya was really nice but then she never sent my prescriptions over to walgreens, and I did email her to follow up and haven’t heard anything back.

She was very attentive and had an easy-going and comfortable presence. She paid attention to my needs and ensured that I felt safe in her space.

I felt as though Dr Jackson actually listened to me issues and was honest about what treatment plan would work best. She wasn’t simply pushing medication, but understood my needs and referred other medical professionals that my care would benefit greatly from and has.

I booked my first appointment for 2/29 at 115PM-appointment was cancelled without reason. I re-booked for the same day at 1215PM for telehealth. I called the office to ensure I was good to go for my appointment. A week prior the front desk lady confirmed my information and insurance. I called today prior to appointment to see how would I be able to connect to my telehealth appointment. The receptionist sent me a link but it was not to see my provider, it was to provide information and the same information that was requested a week ago that I provided. I called back the receptionist answered and she said she will send the link and she hung up on me. I called several times and she would not pick up. She was very rude and unprofessional. By this time it was 30mins past my appointment time. I was told I would receive a phone call from provider and I have yet to receive one. Extremely disappointed.

She was very kind and a great listener. First psychiatrist to put me on the correct medication and give me options if it doesn’t work and gave me more of an understanding of what I have and how things take time to feel normal again. Would recommend 10/10.

I did an appointment via Telehealth, and it worked out well. The doctor was good and helpful. Word of warning though--you don't get the sign-on address until right before the meeting. This is not a problem, just something to be aware of.
