Let's Thrive Mental Health

Let’s Thrive Mental Health is a precision interventional psychiatry practice based in Coral Gables, serving patients across Florida by video. We care for adults as well as children and teens ages 6 to 17 through a structured pediatric program. What makes us different is the range of tools under one roof. Alongside evidence-based medication management and therapy, we offer advanced treatments for people who haven’t found relief with standard care: IV ketamine, Spravato (esketamine), and TMS. Interventional consultations are free, so you can find out whether you’re a candidate before committing to anything. Our approach is measurement-based. Every patient completes brief symptom scales at each visit, and treatment adjustments are guided by that data rather than guesswork. Visits are unhurried, options are explained plainly with their trade-offs, and you leave each appointment knowing exactly what the plan is. Conditions we treat include depression, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety and panic, OCD, PTSD and trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, insomnia, and mood and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, AvMed, Oscar, Original Medicare, TRICARE, and MultiPlan/PHCS, and we offer transparent self-pay pricing. Care is available in English and Spanish. Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation to build the right plan; specific medications are decided after that assessment. New patients are welcome, and most are seen within the week.
