Most relevant
My Visits with Diera have been life changing, from learning my attachment style to understanding and how it affects relationships with friends and love ones. How self abandonment plays a huge role, and how you react with others because of the lack you don’t give yourself. It all start from within and overflows outward. She has been very helpful by listening and giving tools/ exercises to build self awareness and love so that I don’t demand it from others, getting it and giving it to my own self first, has been a true life changing experience and I am very grateful.
