Excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and everything was incredibly efficient. X-rays were done on site, I was scanned for orthotic inserts during the visit, and most importantly, I left with a very clear and thorough plan for recovery. I really like Dr Levick. I think she is thoughtful and cares about her patients. The only issue I have run into is there is no patient portal to review clinical notes/summaries or to communicate with the Dr. I have sent her emails on two different occasions regarding a question pertaining to my follow up and I did not get a response. Other than communication, I really like this clinic!

Dr. Lisa Levick-Doane was incredibly efficient with our appointment. Within 10 minutes, I had an x-ray, ultrasound, and the necessary cortisone injection. Amazing! She may be the best podiatrist in the North Shore.

This is the first time in my life that my podiatrist has actually recognized that daily foot pain is not normal. Dr. Levick took her time, asked great questions, and came up with a multi-faceted plan to help us get to the bottom of what is happening with my feet. She is changing up the construction of my orthotics and recommended braces for additional support in the meantime. This is the first time that I’ve actually felt hope for getting to the bottom of my ongoing pain.
