This doctor did not make me feel comfortable and I felt very interrogated and attacked for not being on birth control even though I take precautions. I felt shamed and received smart comments. They also didn't really want to listen when I tried to tell them about the lump on my breast and said nothing was there and seemed annoyed I was trying to show them where the issue was since they didn't feel it.

Worst experience! Front desk receptionist and staff needs to quit her job if she/they don't like it. I wasted an entire month waiting for an urgent visit with time off coordinated and they couldn't verify insurance ahead and inform patient in order to seek elsewhere if needed to. Front desk is not up to date with all insurance carriers now accepted by their office and instead of checking and CONFIRMING it, they simply turn you away at the last minute and hang up the phone (2 staff members hung up and refused to identify themselves). Fyi, my insurance is part of your network, had you checked you would of know...I spoke with Corporate Management Office Femwell Credentrial Dept. directly and filed complaint. Rude staff, that's Miami indeed. Moving on, I'm sure there's better class staff in Bal Harbor.
After just one visit with Dr. Levin I am very impressed. I am always nervous with male doctors but Dr. Levin made me feel completely comfortable. He has an incredible bedside manor. I have been trying everything to treat what was going on with me and nothing was working. It’s only been a couple of hours since I left his office and I am already feeling so much better. I will definitely be coming back to him for any future needs and will be a long term patient.

Respect for patient self-advocacy and is very personable/approachable. Listens to concerns and answers questions with comfort in his knowledge. Took time consulting with patient prior to physical evaluation. Support staff was polite and professional. Office is clean, designed to be welcoming(patient friendly), and accessible. Parking available. Close to many other businesses in case you have errands to run. Made decision to switch providers based upon this visit. Looking forward to receiving remainder of care here.
Doctor was awesome....receptionist acted like they go to work just to get paid. Not hospitalble at all. Other than that ,great visit!!
The staff was very rude-in person and over the phone. They called twice to reschedule the appointment. When I called back to reschedule the woman on the phone claimed she never called me even though she left her name on my voicemail, and proceeded to argue with me. After rescheduling that appointment she called back not 30 min later to reschedule again.
I have been coming to Dr. Levin's office for over 2 years and the staff is amazing. I never wait more than 10-15 mins and all of my question are answered. Amazing!!!
