Our board-certified physicians and friendly staff provide state of the art healthcare in a warm and welcome environment. We strive to partner with you to successfully manage your unique health concerns and needs. In our paperless office we integrate and coordinate your health information with appropriate specialists, hospitals, pharmacies, labs, and radiology departments through an advanced medical records system. We are conveniently located at the Glendale Adventist Medical Center, and also have full admitting privileges at Glendale Memorial and Verdugo Hills Hospitals. We strive to be available for your urgent medical needs, while still maintaining an efficient and smooth office experience. We accept all Medicare and MOST PPO insurance plans. HMO Plans: In order for us see you, you'd have to call member services to let them know you would like to change your PCP to Dr. Matthew Lew under the IPA: LAKESIDE OF GLENDALE We verify all new patient insurances prior to confirming any and all ZOCDOC appointments. Office Policy: 1. Your Copay/Deductible portion will be due at the time of service. 2. In Consideration to other patients, If you are more than 15 Minutes late, We will need to reschedule your appointment. You may also visit any local Urgent Care Center for your Urgent Matters, Thank You.

These days, it is harder to find great physicians who believe what their patients are going through. Many have given up on me over the years, but people like her stick by and truly try everything possible to make sure your symptoms are identified, understood, and treated.
