Lewis Pain & Physical Medicine is an interventional pain-management clinic in Frisco, Texas, serving patients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Led by Dr. Jerry Lewis, a double board-certified pain-management specialist and anesthesiologist with more than 30 years of experience, the practice provides thorough, individualized evaluations for patients seeking relief from chronic or acute pain.
We commonly evaluate back and neck pain, neuropathy and nerve-related pain, cervical and lumbar radiculopathy, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, arthritis-related pain, complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, post-surgical pain, failed back surgery syndrome, and pain related to workplace or motor-vehicle injuries.
After a comprehensive evaluation, Dr. Lewis develops an evidence-based treatment plan tailored to each patient. Available treatments may include image-guided injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, platelet-rich plasma therapy, joint injections, trigger-point injections, and headache-focused procedures when clinically appropriate.
Our team is known for compassionate care, careful diagnostic work, and helping patients improve mobility while reducing reliance on long-term medication or avoiding surgery when possible. Dr. Lewis has been recognized in D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Collin County and Dallas.
Now accepting new patients at our Frisco location for in-person visits. Insurance coverage, referral, authorization, and network requirements are verified before appointment confirmation. Self-pay options are available.

Would definitely recommend for pain management. Office is welcoming and everyone on staff was great. Dr. Lewis explained everything clearly about what was going to happen. Quick and easy appointment. Joint injections were done next day within 30 minutes of arriving.
