Lewis Pain & Physical Medicine is a leading interventional pain management clinic based in Frisco, TX, serving patients from across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Plano, McKinney, Allen, The Colony, Prosper, Little Elm, Carrollton, and North Dallas. Led by Dr. Jerry Lewis—a double board-certified Pain Management Specialist and Anesthesiologist with over 30 years of experience—the clinic focuses on non-surgical, image-guided treatments that help patients relieve pain, improve mobility, and avoid long-term medication use or surgery.
We treat a wide spectrum of conditions, including:
-Back and neck pain
-Neuropathy and nerve-related pain
-Cervical and lumbar radiculopathy
-Sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction
-Knee, hip, and shoulder arthritis
-Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)

I would send an of my friends or my family to this office if they needed pain management! Dr. Lewis took time to listen to me and explain all of the treatment options clearly. The staff were all very friendly and I felt heard and cared for, not treated like how I was at other offices.
