Make you get an appointment to refill any medication and refuse to tell you their prices as required. They also try to sign you up for unnecessary follow up appointments to bill more. The kind of doctor that only cares about billing not your health.

I had to pay my bill via Venmo, which was highly irregular. I was told that they would follow up to get this transfered to my HSA and they never did

Saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes, appointment was otherwise handled by a PA. I did not book an appointment to see an assistant. Never got a follow up for bloodwork because I did not make/pay for another appointment for something that requires a phone call. Hope the bloodwork was clear as I was never told one way or the other.
WORST OF ALL - this week, 3 months later, I got an astronomical bill as the office did not submit my insurance properly and they now refuse to help me to the extent of hanging up on me. I will be fighting this, no way am I paying a month's rent (hand to God) to get heartburn medication from an assistant.

The MD our appointment said we would see was not there; he wasn’t even on site. We saw a PA instead. The PA would have been fine for a general check up, but she was unable to address a greater medical issue that ended up needing hospitalization later in the week. When we followed up with her a day after the appointment, she tried to manage the symptoms over the phone instead of recognizing the problem was beyond her scope. We waited another day and finally saw a PCP who urged us to go to the hospital.
