I booked this doctor to lance a hemorrhoid. Her Zocdoc profile indicates she treats hemorrhoids. I put in the patient note 3 days ahead of time that I needed a hemorrhoid lanced. They didn’t read the note until 5 minutes prior to my appointment. She doesn’t enjoy lancing hemorrhoids or examining inside of the anus so I wasted my time, money, gasoline and an now looked for another doctor while in pain.

I have avoided the doctor for years due to bad experiences (feeling unheard, not comfortable, doctors communicating harshly and rushing me out)- but Dr. Lilit calmed my anxieties.
