Never had a psychiatrist like really talk with me not at me. She not only listens but in a way helps you move to the nex goal on ur road. Like she doesn’t just focus on my whole problem she like Like okay here’s ur overall problem but this right here we can target and deal with and it’ll help the other stuff. Then move on to the other stuff as well instead of a generalized answer.
