Very Unprofessional,not in time with their word, Or medication, wanted to make extra testing, without checking paperwork just to get more out of my insurance,asked me to fast just for a Pap test,? I still don’t have any medication after a few days of visit,front desk person seems to have trouble with computer knowledge , called them a few times and always said she will give the info to doctor and still no results, I had to provide them with my lab test results, instead of them calling like they should as a professional doctors office,I felt like I was-doing their job. Not happy at all I feel like they just want my money and take advantage of the insurance company

When I first came in, it was a little iffy. The receptionist (speaks little English) had to repeat what I already did on the forms online and when it came to seeing the doctor, talking to her and explaining my knee problem was like talking to a teacher instead of a doctor. Plus, the receptionist is a nurse as well. She wasn’t too confident in drawing blood from me either when finding a vein. So, yeah. It was a mid visit tbh.

The wait time was a little longer than expected but once the provider came on video the visit was great.

I would recommend elsewhere for ear cleaning; I went in with about 8/10 hearing, and left at a 2/10 lol... Not how the doc should work. Going to an ENT, because this was not a good experience for me.

They'll claim to send a script that won't be sent, leaving you with many many hours of calls. They won't bother telling you which pharmacy they finally do send it to and when you get it, it is not appropriate for the condition anyway.

I would never go back to this office. Unprofessional from the medical doctor that did not show up for the appointment. The office staff person I spoke with was nice.
