Waited 45 minutes and was never seen, it's a video appointment, I'm not waiting an hour plus to just talk with a doctor. In person where you actually have to sanitize and prep between patients, and you can actually get tests and done in real time, a long wait makes sense. A joke of a doctors appointment where it's a video chat should be in and out. There's no major prep between, I just needed a referral transferred to somewhere local so I'm going with someone else who won't waste what little time off work I get
