Brent Jaster, MD, specializes in helping people move toward WELLNESS. You can improve your General Health and Mental Health & Wellness. Brent provides compassionate Integrative Holistic Health Care, and is board certified in Family Medicine, and also a Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine (now called the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine). Brent facilitates health and healing without reliance on prescriptions, except when necessary.
Dr. Jaster is also knowledgeable about life-changing therapies (Ketamine-Assisted Treatments, Neurofeedback, photobiomodulation (PBM), transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) and Sound Therapies) and has another clinic -- Heartmind Medicine.
At LIFE Medicine, we approach care first by helping you change lifestyle habits that lead to symptoms and disease, and by employing an integrative/open-minded approach to options that are available and that best serve your ideals. We spend a lot more time with you than the average clinic and try to understand all of the variables that may affect your health.

1. Office manager calling to request if I could move my first “in person appointment” to “virtual”. When I challenged the office manager to keep our “in person” appointment, she was frustrated as if I was making her life harder (she really seemed to want me to do a virtual meeting) and she proceeded to hang up on me.
3. I didn’t fill out the paperwork before my appointment because I was planning on filling out new paperwork upon arrival, like most first time visits to doctors offices. Dr. Jaster was extremely rude. He was upset that I didn’t fill out the paperwork (which actually didn’t take 30 minutes but rather only 10 minutes, as I expected). He was very very rude to a first time patient and it was an extremely awkward 60 minute appointment. He was not personally interested in me as a first time patient…. at all. Not the type of start I want to get off to with a doctor I intend to trust my health with for the next 5+ years.

I highly recommend Dr. Jaster. My only hesitation is due to an inability to speak directly with Dr. Jaster and only to his remotely located administrative staff causing a disconnect. Make sure you have current health insurance; this practice requires payment in full prior to scheduling an appointment for existing patients.
