I had a great first appointment! I felt like I was in a safe space and felt comfortable opening up about different things. I liked how I can compare all Drs available for different things they specialize in and what I thought would fit me best! I would recommend using this website, and the provider I chose for people who are interested in getting help!

I couldn’t get an app with anyone from psych in Harrisburg …one was gonna be an intake and not be seen by a doc till 3 weeks away ..I had been w/o my meds for 4 days already at this point so this place was a god sent..I got seen within a day and back on my meds…I can’t say enough about this place !!!

There aren't many providers of color that are women, so I really appreciated the representation. Being able to talk to someone that looked like me was refreshing, then getting down to the actual session she is very patient. I know it's her job but she actually seems like she cares. I didn't have to repeat anything, she kept pace with me the entire time and suggested what I should do next rather than ask. Which I also appreciate.

John Coxey really listened to me. He asks very thorough questions so he can get to know u and what's going on. He assured me I was in a safe space and could be open and honest with absolutely no judgement. He's super easy to talk to. He was on time for my appointment. And explained the treatment and med plan very well. And booked me with another appointment right away for a couple of weeks so he can see how the medicine adjustments are working good. I highly recommend John Coxey.

His bedside matter is fabulous & really listens & can really tell the experience he has with behavioral health & works with you to do the best treatment plan with the patients case . He really listened to me with my case & is helping me with my case he explained everything very through any questions I have he answered & really explained it in a format I can understand i didn't feel like I was just a case on his desk that I was a person who needed the best treatment plan and to me that means alot

Please do not book with this doctor! They are a no show - no communication either. Called and waited 30 minutes to get to someone. Turns out she rescheduled without saying anything and without informing me or discussing dates!

Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable and diligent. She always made me feel understood and listened to. She was happy to explain why we were doing things including the exact reasoning behind them. I have never had a Provider so up-to-date on the literature nor one I liked talking to more.

Dr. Richards was very polite, friendly, thorough, and prompt. She took time to listen and be sure she understood my symptoms and concerns and asked if she could do anything else or if I had any questions before she ended the appointment. She is well versed in treating depression and anxiety and provided a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to my needs. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend her.
