She was very sweet and than I was told I had to talk to someone else and that the person she was having me talk to was great which I kinda was unsure why I had to talk to another person to begin with, I understand there are laws and regulations with some meds, than the first 3 mins of the person she referred me to immediately told me she couldn’t do anything. It was a complete waste of time, and I’m extremely upset about this.

I should not have to fill out more forms to see an online therapist than I do to buy a house or have major surgery. She has over a dozen forms to fill out before she will talk to you. I wasn't able to fill them all out before my appointment (I am going through an EXTREMELY stressful time, which is why I was reaching out for help). She could have been patient and let me fill out the extra 11 forms really quick, but she wasnt. Before even asking me how I was doing, she asked about the forms and kept asking me if there was "another time that would work" for me. No. There's not. THIS is the time that works for me, which is why I booked the appointment. In fact, Lifeline Medical reached out to me to reschedule my appointment since she was not actually available at the time I had originally booked on Zocdoc. So this was already the time that worked for HER, not me. I didn't feel like she was going to be able to empathize with me so I ended the appointment right there.
The only issue I had was the zoc doc app told me the dr would be in touch before the first appointment and send a link for me to go to the portal. This isn't the typical method, and you use the portal that was used to do the paperwork, not a new special link to click on. I did however have a perfect session once I was connected but the only other issue im having now is for the follow up appointment not showing the doctors having any availability. I will update my review with further info to help others!
My appointment started right on time, which I appreciated. She asked a lot of thoughtful questions and really took the time to listen to me, which made me feel heard and understood. I liked that she shared what typically works for her other psych patients and offered recommendations that felt tailored to me. She also scheduled a follow-up in a month to check in on how the medication is working, which shows she cares about ongoing progress. I loved that the visit was conveniently done over video no need to go to the office and she accepts my insurance, which made things so much easier. Overall, a really positive experience.

No explain to her briefly about you know some of the things that were going on with me and we got to you know describing the medication and stuff and I just had told her that you know this nurse practitioner prescribed me a certain medicine for my thyroid and fatigue and pain And she goes. I really don’t care I said well that’s at least what she said that she prescribed it for and she said I really don’t care what she said. Let’s get on with the medicine. She was not very she was not very nice. She was impatient and she definitely seemed like very rude, especially considering everything I just told her about my personal life.

I was told by the lady who did my paperwork last week that I would get a video call at 8am, I didn't so I called the office at 8:09 am no one answered so i left a message then again about 20 minutes later, then again about 20 minutes later before someone finally answered. The attendant told me I missed my appointment and I must reschedule and wait another 2 weeks. What a crock. I was here waiting at the proper time and tried contacting them for over 50 minutes before they answered. You should fit me in ASAP. I did exactly what I was told.
