My therapist listens intently, asks thoughtful questions, makes thoughtful statements that help me reflect on my life and decisions, and she ensures I feel heard and understood. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I feel comfortable being myself. One of the things I appreciate most is how present she is during the session. I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first session, it was clear that she is deeply knowledgeable in her counseling field. I also admire her authenticity and professionalism. I’m incredibly grateful that I found her and her private practice. She makes my therapy a great life changing experience.
