The ladies at the desk were so friendly and nice and great to work with. They make going to the doctors office easy.

My first meeting with Ms. Allen was remarkable for her thorough review of my medical history, her compassionate manner, the ease I felt speaking with her and her interest in following up with me promptly following blod work. When I reached out to her through a message in the portal, following my appointment, I recieved an answer quickly. I am looking forward to working with her in the future.
What an incredible experience. I have been with my previous PCP for almost 6 years and not ONCE did my PCP ever care enough to looking into my migraines. Jennifer Allen took interest in my migraines and insted of prescribing me something for them is recommending a see a Neuro. Something my previous PCP never did. We also talked about my weight and other things and she questioned PCOS. Which was something my old PCP never did. I am so excited to be working with Jennifer Allen !

Very helpful and listened well.
Jen makes me feel very comfortable. Thus, I am able talk to her openly. She seems to take all the time a patient needs.The only objection I have: I think the care giver should ask if it is ok if a student is to attend the appt. I might feel free to be open with Jen but not some very young student I do not know.

Office help is greatly needed. They all are working beyond what they can handle. Phones are always busy, voicemail is constantly full so unable to get through and return of calls are days out or not at all. They need help! They are wonderful girls who work there.
I felt very acknowledged by Jennifer Allen and listened to, and I also felt like I trusted her and was familiar with her from our first visit and it felt really good because I had had some bad medical experiences before that. So I felt really happy to have found a good provider. So thank you.

1st time visit as a new patient. Comfortable setting. Most of my medical record had transferred. I filled in some blanks. Good exchange of info & identify short term & long term health goals. As suggested by Jennifer, I set up an acct on the portal which has been helpful as I was able to stay in touch after contracting Covid in October. Responsive communication! Pleased with my introduction to my new pcp group.
Absolutely love this facility. The doctors and nurse practitioners are awesome and truly care about your health and well being. Extremely caring about everything is taken care of. No one has ever cared about the overall health of me, just the current issue. I love this facility, will not go anywhere else.

Takes his time with whatever problem you have and is very thoughtful and kind and tries to meet every need that you might have at the moment and is there for you whenever you need him.

The facility is beautiful. The staff was efficient and professional. I am very happy to be able to continue my relationship with Dr. Horan as my primary care physician.
Xray was ordered for 2 images. RiMI does 3 as standard. Had to wait over an hour for both offices to resolve. Prescription as sent to my pharmacy was declined by my insurer. Had to wait over the weekend for resolution.
Phone system tough to work with.
Dr. Horan has been our primary care doctor for years and we trust him completely as he has always worked to address our needs and keep us in the best health possible. His diagnoses and treatment have always been spot on. We are glad to see he has chosen to be part of the Lifespan group.
