At Lifespan, we help you find a therapist who accepts your insurance and understands what you're going through.
In addition to general talk therapy, Lifespan has two specialized teams- Perinatal Mental Health led by Shelby Espiritu, LMFT and Spanish Speaking Therapy offered by Mariana Machaen, AMFT.
Shannon works primarily with cash pay active duty including couples, Veterans through VA community care, Medicare and Kaiser.
Jeff works primarily with cash pay creatives and educators through Kaiser.
Stella accepts VA community care and TriCare for active duty. She works with a broad spectrum of presenting needs including PTSD, anxiety, adjustment, relationship challenges, chronic pain impacting mental health, depression and psychotic features.
Our pre-licensed therapists bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm working with children, adolescents, young adults and college students in addition to couples work using Emotionally Focused Therapy. Our team works to meet your therapeutic needs through one door.
