Just John is the absolute best therapist you could ask for. He’s not going to tell you what to do. He’s going to make you work for the answer in the best way that aligns with your own values. He asks the tough questions that need to be asked. You can’t bullshit him, which is great because I have been able to bullshit most therapists. Don’t see him if you don’t actually want your problems solved from the inside out. You’ll break down, but it’s cool because he’s got the best tissues and keeps water bottles so you can rehydrate your face :).

I completed all the required paperwork and submitted all required documents for my first appointment with this provider. I received reminders from both zocdoc and lifestance. 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting I was in the practitioner's waiting room. I waited 20 minutes and no one joined the video call. I called the office (closed because it was after business hours).
