Alex is an amazing therapist. I’ve had many and he’s been the best. He’s helped me through some very difficult and challenging life changes. He has also helped me develop significant life goals and helped me meet those goals on a daily basis. I would not be where I am in life without his help and guidance.

LaTeisha is compassionate, thorough, and has always taken the extra time to try and understand the ‘big picture’. I think she relates well to children and young adults because she’s able to listen to what they say and help them verbalize it when they can’t find the words. Kids have a hard enough time opening up these days because of anxiety, etc., but LaTeisha really has a way of making them feel comfortable and safe. As a parent, I appreciate her methods and trust her judgement. I would recommend her to any family.

I’ve been seeing LaTeisha Prescott for two years now and the only regret is not booking sooner! We have uncovered A LOT of things holding me back. While seeing her I’ve graduated college, learned how to handle my emotions, saw an increase in socializing and so much more. I’ve been seeing Jenna since January 2024 after some work-related mental health trauma in the fall of 2023. I started with weekly visits, and then biweekly, and finally monthly. She cleared me in May of 2024 but I love knowing that I can still reach out when I need to talk something through!
