Cute little office in the shopping plaza yet a big difference in character! Such friendly staff. The young front desk girl was so kind and helpful. Dr. T was quick, thorough and honest! And the young man that helped with my glasses, he was patient with me as I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with their beautiful frames. He even helped me pick out which one looked best! :) Great experience. 10/10!

I had a great experience at Dr. Thyil’s office! The office was very clean and well-presented, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly and were very professional. I was seen right away without any long wait, and the whole appointment went smoothly. I really appreciated how organized and welcoming the entire team was. Highly recommend!

I really Love coming to Lifetime vision and eye care with my daughter and I this Dr. Benjamin Thayil , If you ever been to Bascom Palmer eye institute you would Love coming here even more he examines your eyes the same way with High technology eye equipment. I brought my family here for eye exams. Excellent service from scheduling appointments to seeing the doctor. Serena at the front desk is very polite; the young lady that does the pre-exam screening is also very polite and friendly and she explains each test well. Anwar, the lab tech and optician is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Thayil is very thorough; he explains things well and also asks questions and is receptive to your input. Very difficult these days to find friendly and professional people in healthcare.

Dr. Ben has an amazing team, and he was both thorough and kind but also efficient. Everyone was welcoming and the optometry student who completes intake, Shannon, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why, which I appreciated. And the space itself has a thoughtful, intentional and personal feel. There are incredible hand-painted murals throughout, and I was lucky enough to visit while the artist was there working on a new one. The clinic also seems to focus on preventive care to stop issues before they start so it's definitely a place that can support your eye health long term. I feel completely comfortable trusting them with my eye and vision needs. Also, the staff member who helps with glasses really knows his stuff! He won’t just leave you to fend for yourself. He’ll actually help you pick frames that fit and compliment your features.
