I believe that we are all on our own life path. The path isn’t always straight forward. There are detours, hurtles, and obstacles that can get in the way leaving an individual to feel lost or stuck. Life doesn’t always go according to plan, sometimes we need a little focus or footing. Life can be difficult to navigate, but together we will work to identify solutions to your detours, hurtles and obstacles so you can regain your footing and get you back on your life’s path. You are the expert on your life, and I am a consultant. You know yourself better than anyone. My role is to assist and guide you in developing the knowledge and expertise that you have not recognized in yourself. I meet my clients where they are at in a safe, non-judgmental space to nurture support and emotional growth. I focus on the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I have an eclectic knowledge base with experience in multiple treatment modalities. I utilize your strengths as a tool to motivate change with a holistic perspective.
