Monthly Program Pricing: • Women’s Hormone Therapy (HRT): $149–$269/month • Men’s Testosterone Therapy (TRT): $199/month • Medical Weight Loss Program: $169–$299/month What’s Included: • Provider visits and follow-up care • Medications, shipping, and supplies (when prescribed) • Ongoing monitoring and dose adjustments Lab Information: • Initial hormone lab work (HRT/TRT) is required and billed separately • Follow-up hormone labs are included in HRT and TRT programs Treatment recommendations and medications are determined based on clinical evaluation and medical appropriateness. Lighthouse EverLucent Health™ is a personalized telehealth practice focused on weight loss and hormone optimization. I work directly with every patient at each visit—there are no handoffs or rotating providers. Care is structured, individualized, and designed to produce real, sustainable results. I specialize in: • Medical weight loss, including GLP-1–based treatment when medically appropriate • Women’s hormone therapy (perimenopause, menopause, hormone balance) • Men’s testosterone therapy (TRT) Care is provided through structured monthly programs, not one-time visits. This allows for consistent monitoring, better outcomes, and ongoing support throughout treatment.
