Dr. Shahinian is a fabulous doctor. I was amazed by how much time he put into my visit, listening to me and explaining things clearly to me. He even went over the MRI images with me, and explained how to interpret them.

I am very satisfied with my visit to Dr. Aram Shahinyan. He is very knowledgable and friendly. He tries to listen to what I describe about my pain and symptoms very carefully.

The doctor was very patient and made sure he understood my situation before recommendations/advice was given. He checked my MRI / CT scans and other medical records. Made sure I understood instructions for after visit recommendations. Overall, the doctor and staff were great!!!! I would recommend Lighthouse Spine Center to everyone.

Dr Shahinyan took the time to discuss my case thoroughly, to answer all of my questions, and to explain my options-- that's very rare, since most doctors will only grant audiences of 15 minutes.
The spine is a tricky thing, and 21st century medicine is notoriously bad at fixing it. 21st century medicine-- particularly in the US-- is absolutely awful at pain management. Most doctors deal with this by trying to gaslight patients, and downplay the severity of their agony, and lie about available options, and try to pretend that they are offering solutions when they're actually-- at best-- just providing some amelioration of a situation that they don't really have the tools to cure.
Dr Shahinyan didn't do these things. He was honest, and helped me understand my options. That's about all that one can expect from a doctor.

The office and staff were nice, respectful, and clean. I enjoyed speaking with them. The office did not have my verification ready for my insurance so I had to wait for them to get that prior to being seen so I was seen after my appointment time. The doctors phone buzzed and I assumed he was turning it off but the doctor was on his phone throughout the appointment. I did not feel like I got the correct care from this appointment.
