I was very pleased. Entering the dental office for my first visit was comfortable and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and calming. The young lady who did my x-rays was very professional and kind . The dentist took his time to explain his findings and the future treatment needed, but most of all, he listened to my concerns and requests. By the end of the visit, I felt comfortable and confident that I had come to the right place. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism of the entire team.

My appointment with Dr. Lynch was professional at it's finest. There was a misunderstanding about my appointment time (ZocDoc said 4:15 but the office has me scheduled at 4pm) and they let me keep my appointment since the doctor was still in the office. ??
Mmi was taken back in about 3-5 minutes, was asked about my concerns, had X-rays done, and was speaking with Dr. Lynch within about 20 minutes of my arrival. The doctor was extremely professional, kind, and explained the treatment challenges and opportunities to me in ways I could understand.
The office staff was friendly and professional as well, letting me know what to expect as next steps and giving me the information I need to make that decision.
I would 100% recommend this office to anyone!!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with pleasantries! The Hygienist was informative of what to expect. The Doctor himself was hands on and explained what needed to be done in order to help me with my situation. Office staff was awesome. Dr Lynch and his assistants were very caring and compassionate. I had broke a tooth cracked to the bone and very painful. They were very considerate and gentle with me for X-rays and exam which I truly appreciated. I had to see a periodontist, Dr Lynch has called to follow up with me and see how I’m doing. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I loved this place!! I walked in and was immediately welcomed with a smile by Ms. Natasha, who I had been speaking with for about a week prior to my appointment. When I went in the back, one lady assessed my medical history and she was also so warm and welcoming. When I met Dr. Brandon, I was absolutely astounded at how kind he was. He spoke with a gentle voice and assessed my problems with courtesy and honesty. All of the associates were in the room with me when we discussed my treatment plan. That really helped ease my anxiety. I highly recommend this place and WILL be back!!

Excellent customer service! Very comfortable atmosphere, the hygienist Angela was amazingly professional, thorough and friendly! Dr. Brandon Lynch kept it short, sweet and simple for my plan of care. He did NOT exaggerate plan of care. He was straightforward with me and I appreciated Dr Lynch knowledge and awareness!! Adequate communication as they both focused on me the patient, within a timely manner and no side talking over your head during treatment! No loud music, no distractions. My teeth are beautiful ??. Oh and the warm welcoming receptionist set the tone for my appointment!! She rocks; not one broken promise!! ArdentSmiles really left a smiling impression gracefully! Thank you for being transparent, professional, family oriented and kind atmosphere!

Dr Lynch and staff met and exceeded my expectations and I definitely see why he has such a high rating. I have many dentist in my area but I needed an emergency appointment. I read read four pages of reviews and only three met my criteria. One has yet to respond to me, another responded late afternoon but Dr Lynch staff responded right around their opening time to confirm my appointment. I have received exceptional service from that point on. I have a lot of work to get done but so far I had no real pain during treatment. Bottom line is if you are looking for a dentist and Dr Lynch is a little further than you want to travel then I suggest you reconsider and give him a try. You will not be sorry.
