Dr. Kung was very thorough and is great with follow up. She is very caring and patiently answers all your questions. She also answered my questions over the phone a couple of times, which was great. Her staff are also extremely professional and polite.

I’m 24 years old and this is the first time I’ve seen a doctor that made me feel seen. Dr. Kung is so kind and sincerely notes my concerns. If you are a woman of color or anyone who has ever felt marginalized by the health care system, please consider Dr. Kung.

Dr. Kung is a nice lady but not hands on. She only asks how you are feeling and what symptoms you may have. She does not really check your vitals, ears, throat or other body parts. Only converse then put info in computer. She likes to refer patients to other specialists a lot.

Overall I was extremely pleased with my visit and with Dr. Kung. She was extremely thorough and really took her time to examine me during my physical. I never felt rushed or awkward and she was completely sincere regarding me as a patient. She obviously cares a great deal about the people who visit her. I will be back and for the first time ever I haven’t forgotten to do as she instructed before my follow up visit.

I am so pleased with the whole experience from reception to nurse to doctor. I was skeptical at first because I loved me former pcp and didn’t want to switch but my insurance changed so I had no choice. Dr. Kung took the time and completely gained my confidence within the first 5 min. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. She’s delightful and knowledgeable. A double bonus.

I’m unsure why this practice has as many positive reviews as it does. This is a tiny office and the admins working the front desk are very rude cutting you off as you talk, and do not check what your insurance covers beforehand. They also speak loudly of what is being performed during your visit with doors open, so your business is shared with the patients sitting in the waiting area. Their computers are so slow and their lab work is done through a service that does not have an online portal. The office also does not use email! This leads to the doctor “requiring” patients to come in each time to go over lab results to receive a hard copy. She refuses to speak to her patients to give an initial statement about lab results. Avoid this doctor and office! I'm never coming back.

This was my first time at this office. I’ve been looking for a new primary doctor since moving to NY last year. I had a great appointment. The ladies who work in the office were very pleasant. Dr Lili was personable and professional. I easily felt at ease during my appointment.
