My ideal client is seeking to find motivation and learn ways to improve their life journey. They are open to self-reflection, self-discovery and have a deep desire to work on their issues in the pursuit of a fulfilling life. We will embark on an empowering therapeutic transaction that fosters healing and growth. Let’s make it happen! My approach to therapy is holistic in nature and I work from a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach while also borrowing techniques from human-centered disciplines. My experience is with teens, adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, mood disorders and difficult life transitions. I have 10 + years of experience as a psychotherapist and I am bilingual in Spanish. I graduated from Johns Hopkins University with honors, Chi Sigma Iota. I am a registered Play Therapist and a Board Approved Supervisor in the State of Maryland.
